Dear all,
like a few other folks in the UK we have suffered DST rollover occurring 1 week later than expected - ie on 4th April as opposed to 28th March.
on 1 AS400, we have 2 domino (V5) servers - one correctly "rolled over" and one was "late".
The AS400 doesn't show TimeZones - merely current time and relationship to UniversalTime.
Both domino servers show GMT and DST observed.
DSTLAW was not present (but is now) in the ini file.
Investigations show that the server that rolled over 1 week late has a North American Id - the other (correctly) has an International id.
This suggests that Domino DST roll-over uses the server security type to see whether rollover is last week in March / first week in April - somewhat hard to initially accept I know..
I understand that at V6, there is no security difference between International / North American id's - in that each can be used in the UK.
Does anyone know if it is still the basis for DST roll-over AND - here is the big question, is it possible to convert a NA id and make it International, if only to resolve the DST rollover issue I think have identified above?
